Sales Tax:

Orders placed from within the state of Montana are exempt from sales tax as there is no general sales tax applicable. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

*Our policy and promise to you is that we want you to be 100% satisfied. If we made the        mistake, we will fix it absolutely free of charge!
*Books and Patterns are non-refundable
*Cut Fabric is non-refundable
*All sale items including sale kits are non-refundable. 
*Software and CD's are non-refundable
*Other regular priced items may be returned with a 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor. Customer pays for return shipping and only returned item will be credited, not postage.
*Coupons and discounts do not apply to merchandise already at sale prices.

Discounts:

We are pleased to say that we offer occasional discounts on our website.  Discounts cannot be combined and some exclusions apply.  Customers will be given the highest discount available when there are more than one option.
