PRIORITY RATE INTERNATIONAL RATES FOR CANADIAN CUSTOMERS:

Flat Rate International Priority Envelope OR Small Flat Rate International Priority Box $12.95. These 2 boxes hold up to approximately 2 yards of cotton fabric or one book and must not exceed 4 pounds.

Flat Rate International Priority Medium box $32.95. These boxes hold up to approximately 12 yards of fabric or maximum 20 pounds.

Flat Rate International Priority Large box $39.95. This box holds up to approximately 20 yards of fabric or maximum 20 pounds.

Items that do not fit the criteria above will be shipped the best and most cost effective way available and customer will be charged the actual postal rates.

International: Please note, if your package gets to your customs and they charge an additional border fee and/or custom fee; this fee is not our responsibility. We have no control over what the border/customs will do.

International Shipping & Handling Fees

Most international orders will be shipped via Global Priority according to their standard rates. Other orders will be billed according to actual shipping rates.

Sales Tax:

Orders placed from within the state of Montana are exempt from sales tax as there is no general sales tax applicable. International orders (outside the US) may be subject to customs duties and taxes.

Cut Fabric is non-refundable
All sale items including sale kits are non-refundable
Software and CD's are non-refundable
Other regular priced items may be returned with a 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor. Customer pays for return shipping and only returned item will be credited, not postage.
Coupons and discounts do not apply to merchandise already at sale prices.
